Anger Management 101 & 201

Do you know that anger is a normal, natural emotion? No one should feel bad or guilty about experiencing feelings of anger. However, anger must be expressed   appropriately in order to avoid destructive behaviors that lead to broken relationships, loss of employment, mental and physical harm, and even possible incarceration.  If you’re required to take an anger management class to satisfy court, probation/parole or an employment requirement, The Loop Learning Center, LLC is here to help you. Register today!

Who should take the ANGER MANAGEMENT class?

  • Individuals who act out-of-control and behave in a frightening manner
  • Individuals that find themselves in frequent arguments that start off small and escalate into a World War III status

Don’t allow anger to ruin the quality of your life and relationships. Make a commitment to change and register today!

The curriculum for Anger Management 101 is the Coping with Anger workbook authored by Dr. Gregory Little and Dr. Kenneth Robinson with Correctional Counseling, Inc. Anger Management 201 uses the Anger Management Workbook and Curriculum by Rich Pfeiffer, MDiv, and Laura Moss, CAMS V with Growth Central, LLC. Clients will receive homework that has to be completed prior to coming to the next session. Homework is presented during group time. The trainer then passes the client to the next module or redirects him/her to redo the homework based on objective criteria. Anger Management 101 & 201 are conducted in an open-ended format, meaning new clients can enter an ongoing group at any time.
