Who hasn’t heard Maury say, “You ARE the father!?” Children are the most precious and valuable gifts that we have, but they’re also very EXPENSIVE. Parents must bear the responsibility of providing for their financial, emotional, and physical needs. Unfortunately, sometimes when parents divorce or separate, the responsibility of providing for the child(ren) falls solely on the parent that has custody; this isn’t fair. It’s both parents’ obligation to care for all of their child(ren’s) needs.

Who should take STEP UP!?

• A parent (father or mother) or legal guardian that has been mandated by the court to pay child support but has not done so on a consistent basis.
