Very good question! Our evidence-based training incorporates materials developed by Correctional Counseling, Inc. (CCI). The training uses practical tools designed for people who need to make better positive decisions. It is accepted in drug courts, Departments of Correction, jails, day reporting centers, probation, parole, and mental health providers. However, it is your responsibility to confirm that the class you desire to take will be accepted by the court, or individual requiring you to take a class before enrolling.

Acceptable forms of payment are PayPal, American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa (credit and debit cards), and in person installment plan.

NOTE (1): If an installment plan is needed, you must contact The Loop Learning Center to setup an acceptable payment plan within 24 hours of registering for the class. We are unable to hold class space. Therefore, if arrangements have not been made within the required timeframe, your registration will be CANCELLED.

NOTE (2): Sliding fee scale is available for extended classes (sessions that run five or more weeks) for income eligible clients.

The Loop Learning Center, LLC is not structured as a non-profit business. We have found that when individuals personally invest in themselves, they are more committed to their success. Every effort has been made to offer classes at or below cost comparable with other industry providers. Class fees are typically determined by class length.

Open and closed-ended classes refer to class format. When a class is open-ended, new clients can enter an ongoing group at any time. When a class is closed-ended, new clients can only enter a group at the start of the next enrollment period.

Upon class completion, a Letter of Completion notification will be sent to the appropriate authority.  In addition, you will receive a Certificate of Completion. Replacement certificates will incur a $5.00 processing fee.

Class registration fees are 100% refundable. Requests must be received in writing via email at least 48 hours prior to start of class.  Cancellation requests received after a class has started will incur a $10 administration fee. NOTE: Appropriate authority (courts, attorney, employer, Probation and Parole) will be notified of class cancellation, if applicable.

Attendance is very important. There is a strict 10-minute grace period. To be respectful of other students, late arrivals (more than 10 minutes) will not be admitted. (Contact staff  at the center if you know that you will be late.)

We understand that sometimes circumstances are beyond our control. If you have an emergency that prevents you from attending class, inform our office as soon as possible. It’s your responsibility to contact the center and make up any missed session(s).

Due to privacy policies, cell phones and other electronic recording devices are not allowed during class. However, you will receive materials that you can take with you for review. You’re also encouraged to take notes.

Anger management evaluations are conducted Monday – Saturdays, by APPOINTMENT ONLY. The standard turnaround time is 3-5 business days. Evaluations are $125.00. There is an additional fee of $50 required for SAME DAY rush assessments. NOTE: Expedited assessments can only be done if you have provided all necessary paperwork. Your privacy is important. You will be asked to sign a Release of Information Form that permits your results to be shared on a :need to know basis to third parties, if applicable. However, if the evaluation is mandated by the courts, we are legally obligated to apply with all requests.

The anger management evaluation takes from 30 minutes to an hour. From tests results, a determination will be made if a recommendation for treatment is necessary.
